Enjoy the summer season with a three-pack sampler showing three different faces of our estate rosé!
On the lightest side our Zinfandel "Bianco" was picked extra early, focusing on zippy acidity, mineral and apricot + pepper aromatics. A true vin gris pressed within minutes of being picked in the vineyard and kept in stainless for freshness.
In the middle is our regular rosé, based on Sangiovese. Medium bodied but with a pronounced Sangio spiciness that moves it from family friendly mid-zone to the more seriously sculpted category. A blend of barrel and stainless elevage.
Inspired by Cerasuolo-style rosé from Abruzzo, our dark rose is a blend of 50% Barbera and 50% Aglianico. Seriously fruited with ample presence, juicy brightness and a kiss of Aglianico tannin, this rosé spent 6 months in neutral barrels and can almost face off with Grenache, Gamay or Valdigue.
