I also offer kitchen-focused culinary consulting that can upgrade food quality and efficiency in existing restaurants, and services that will help new restaurants open strong.

Archestratus was the first writer to regard gastronomy and wine as critical literary subjects in 350 BCE. Fish and wine were his favorite topics, and his council to seek the freshest ingredients and clean flavors showed clear appreciation of these historical crafts and the importance of terroir and seasonality.
